ARFLON PTFE is a fully fluorinated Polymer made by free radical initiated polymerization of Tetra Fluoro Ethylene a non toxic gas which boils at – 76 degree centigrade. The molecular structure of ARFLON PTFE consists predominantly of linear chains having CF2 CF2 repeating units.

ARFLON PTFE has outstanding resistance to Chemical attack and is insoluble in all organics except a few exotic fluorinated solvents. The Dielectric constant  and loss factor are low and are suitable across  the broad temperature and frequency range.
